Flexible Treatment Options

We provide services in your home or via Teletherapy. While Teletherapy is available, in-home services are often preferred as they take place in your child’s natural environment, allowing for more functional and meaningful carryover of skills. Together, we will determine the best therapy setting based on your child’s individual needs and goals.

Speech and Language Initial Consultation (IEP support)

Every family seeking support related to their child’s IEP begins with a 60-minute consultation. This service is designed for students who need support during school breaks and/or additional practice with current IEP goals and areas of need.

During the session, we review your child’s current IEP goals, discuss strengths and areas of need, and address any parent concerns. Together, we identify skills that may be at risk for regression during school breaks and develop practical, home-based strategies to support continued progress.

This initial meeting ensures therapy begins with a clear, individualized plan and shared priorities. You will leave with personalized recommendations and clear next steps tailored to your child’s needs.

Initial Evaluation (No IEP / Early Intervention)

$600.00

This initial evaluation occurs following your complimentary 15-minute consultation and only if the therapist determines that a formal assessment is appropriate. It does not automatically mean that your child will qualify for speech and language services. This evaluation is intended for children who have not yet been formally assessed for speech or language concerns, including early intervention clients, elementary-aged children, and families seeking an initial diagnostic evaluation.

We complete a comprehensive assessment of your child’s speech and language skills, which may include standardized testing, play-based observation, caregiver interview, and informal measures, depending on your child’s age and needs. This evaluation is conducted in your home to support comfort and natural communication.

Following the evaluation, you will receive a clear summary of findings along with individualized recommendations. If therapy is recommended based on results, we will outline next steps and develop a plan to support your child’s communication development.

*Please note: Initial evaluations are priced higher than ongoing therapy sessions due to the comprehensive nature of the assessment process, which includes direct standardized and/or play-based assessment, extensive review, analysis and interpretation of assessment data, scoring and report writing, and the development of individualized treatment recommendations and planning. Initial evaluations are conducted as a one-time service.
